Our client is looking to grow their team with the addition of a new member of staff to support the business in a number of areas.

Position Summary

  • Salary from £18,000-£25,000 based on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, normal hours between 08:00 to 17:00
  • Starting within 2 months
  • Due to location of Lower Basildon, own transport is a necessity, public transport is not an option
  • Security checks will be required

Key Responsibilities

  • General admin duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Dealing with/redirecting incoming calls and emails
  • Production of Management reports
  • Internal auditing
  • Preparing for and assisting with external audits
  • Assist with pre-employment checks
  • Updating Employee Training Matrix
  • Assist with New Starter Inductions
  • Ensuring Engineers are provided with PPE and Uniform

Service Admin Assistant

Our client is looking to grow their team with the addition of a new member.

Position Summary

  • Salary starting from £22,000 to £25,000 based on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, normal hours 08:00 to 17:00
  • Starting in next few weeks
  • Due to location, own transport will be required
  • Security check will be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Engineers for client callouts and regular services
  • Ensure completed jobs are processed for invoicing
  • Understanding client requirements and budgets
  • Liaise with Stock Manager regarding stock levels and upcoming requirements
  • Ensuring any required equipment is available
  • Update job progress reports in a timely manner
  • Escalate any issues to your manager

What You Need

  • Experience with BigChange Software would be beneficial
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Ability to demonstrate variety of admin skills

CNC Setter/Operator – Full-Time – Mon to Fri – RG30

Position Summary

  • Pay from £10.50 to £12 per hour, depending on experience
