Our client is looking to grow their team with the addition of a new member.
Position Summary
- Salary starting from £22,000 to £25,000 based on experience
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, normal hours 08:00 to 17:00
- Starting in next few weeks
- Due to location, own transport will be required
- Security check will be required
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Engineers for client callouts and regular services
- Ensure completed jobs are processed for invoicing
- Understanding client requirements and budgets
- Liaise with Stock Manager regarding stock levels and upcoming requirements
- Ensuring any required equipment is available
- Update job progress reports in a timely manner
- Escalate any issues to your manager
What You Need
- Experience with BigChange Software would be beneficial
- Experience in a client facing role
- Ability to demonstrate variety of admin skills
- Own transport option as public transport is not an option for this location
- Ability to work within part of a small team
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable communicating with all members of the team, including senior management and clients, verbally and in writing
- To pass a security background check
