Our client is looking to grow their team with the addition of a new member.

Position Summary

  • Salary starting from £22,000 to £25,000 based on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, normal hours 08:00 to 17:00
  • Starting in next few weeks
  • Due to location, own transport will be required
  • Security check will be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Engineers for client callouts and regular services
  • Ensure completed jobs are processed for invoicing
  • Understanding client requirements and budgets
  • Liaise with Stock Manager regarding stock levels and upcoming requirements
  • Ensuring any required equipment is available
  • Update job progress reports in a timely manner
  • Escalate any issues to your manager

What You Need

  • Experience with BigChange Software would be beneficial
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Ability to demonstrate variety of admin skills
  • Own transport option as public transport is not an option for this location
  • Ability to work within part of a small team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable communicating with all members of the team, including senior management and clients, verbally and in writing
  • To pass a security background check
