Over the course of Sterling’s history, we have built connections with a number of people in key management positions. Previously we worked with clients to offer this service on an informal basis to put them in touch with those within our network who would be suitable for more senior management roles. We are now offering this as a separate service, working closely with clients and candidates to ensure the right placements for everyone.
