Managed Service Options
We are now able to offer clients a brand new fully managed Onsite Service. Based on our own previous experiences of working through third party invoicing intermediaries, we realised that although they provided our clients with a streamlined option for invoicing when dealing with several agencies, they lacked a fundamental understanding of what was required to supply temporary warehouse labour. This is what prompted us to offer our own services, where clients still had the benefit of a single invoice, but also other complimentary services based on an in-depth knowledge and experience of recruiting within warehousing.

- Qualifying period tracking for temporary staff – ensuring unexpected parity of pay issues never arise

- Weekly statistics packages – so areas for improvement can easily be identified
- Agency specific Induction packs – Sometimes, what is suitable for permanent employees is not best suited for Temporary Agency Workers
- Training Package – Including a Training Matrix and Training Documents to ensure Agency workers are performing efficiently as quickly as possible
