PC / Laptop Builder – Full-Time – Mon to Fri

Who is looking for a new PC / Laptop builder to join their team.
Position Summary
- Start dates in the next few weeks
- Salary starting at £20,500 p.a.
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 17:30
- Temp-to-Perm after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Building PCs and Laptops with varying complexities
- Working with the office and warehouse teams to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Changing cosmetic laptop parts
- Ensuring all components are fitted correctly and the cabling is to a high standard
- Install, configure, and update PC and Laptop builds
- Full Fault Diagnosis
- Fault finding and repairing Returned PCs and Laptops
- Dismantle/Harvest PCs and Laptops for Parts
- Second Line Customer Support
- Record PC/Laptop Parts used on Parts Stock Sheet
- Support team on collections, installation and deliveries of IT Equipment
Key Skills/ Experience:
- Experience in computer system integration
- Good knowledge of computer components
- Current hardware knowledge and an understanding of how to build PCs and Laptops
- A confident IT user, with MS Office experience
- Ability to work independently
