Sterling Recruitments UK Ltd have their offices based in Pangbourne in Berkshire and a branch office in Gdynia Poland. All applicants in Poland are tested for English both written and spoken as well as past work experience. Police and medical checks are carried out prior to a driver or warehouse worker being placed onto our data base. As soon as a position becomes available our company will find living accommodation in the UK close to the place of employment for the worker. A vehicle will be provide to get the worker to and from the work place if necessary.

Applicants are then transported to the UK either by air or bus and met on arrival by a member of our staff and taken to their new accommodation. Each worker signs a legally binding agreement in Poland stating that they will work for our company for a minimum of six months. Sterling Recruitments immediately apply for a Home Office Work Permit and National Insurance number for the worker.

We employ Polish staff in our UK office who over see each worker to ensure that their arrival in the Uk runs smoothly and continues for the duration of their stay.
